I know, my first impression was that I'd never heard of this game either. Well there's a good reason for that.

The game previously had a different name:

Pitt safety Dom DeCicco has been invited to the NFL Players Association Game, formerly the Texas vs. The Nation All-Star game.

DeCicco is the only Panther scheduled to play in all-star game. I've got to admit, that's a strange name for a college postseason game. Still, good to see DeCicco get some regonition as I think he had a pretty good senior season.

The game will keep the same format - Texas against the rest of the U.S. Former NFL player Bill Bates will coach Texas and Atlanta Falcons coach Jerry Glanville will coach the rest of the U.S.

You can watch DeCicco in the game on February 5th on CBS College Sports.
