Here's an interesting little monkey wrench possibly thrown into the plans for next season - Ashton Gibbs is apparently testing the waters and throwing his hat into the ring for the NBA Draft this season. More on this later, but if he goes through with his plans, that would be a big blow to the team for next season.

If Jamie Dixon knew of these plans, it also could be a reason why Pitt was so willing to go over the scholarship limit by two. Still too early to tell, but this could be bad news to the team's hopes next year.
