All's been pretty quiet on the Dorian Johnson front and it might stay that way for a while. After all, Johnson has plenty of time to decide where he wants to end up, so it's not all that surprising.
A Columbus Dispatch article this weekend said the word is that Johnson is still leaning towards Pitt, but that Ohio State is hoping to change his mind:
He was a one-time Penn State commitment, before the Nittany Lions were hit by NCAA sanctions, and has since narrowed his field to Pittsburgh, Ohio State and Virginia Tech. Johnson is said to be leaning toward Pitt, but Urban Meyer and his staff have worked hard to sway him.
According to the article, Johnson was also expected to be in Columbus for the Buckeyes' game against Nebraska. If that was indeed the case, Ohio State picked a pretty good time to host him as they routed the Cornhuskers 63-38.
Let's hope he wasn't impressed.
