Is this writer on drugs?

This is from CBSSPORTS.com NFL draft analyst Dane Brugler (who looks to be 14) in an article titled NFL Draft Risers and Fallers .. you can tell from the tone of the write-up into which category puts Tino .. my question is has anybody seen this year (or the last two) anything resembling the highlighted section? .. anyone? anyone?

Tino Sunseri
QB Pittsburgh After throwing for more interceptions than touchdowns as a junior, Sunseri wasn't even guaranteed to be the starting quarterback entering the 2012 season, especially with a new coaching staff in place. But the fifth-year senior eliminated the mental errors and improved his consistency this year, recording a 19-to-2 TD-INT ratio for the Panthers. Sunseri threw his last interception on September 15, finishing the regular season with 250-plus consecutive pass attempts without a pick-off. He also finished with a career-high 3,103 passing yards and 66.5 percent completions, ranking among the conference leaders in most categories. Sunseri has showed improved confidence as a senior to take high-percentage chances downfield, but also take care of the ball, moving around in the pocket to extend plays with his legs. He came into the season viewed as an undrafted free agent, but after the strides he made as a senior, Sunseri could convince a team he's draftable in the later rounds with strong pre-draft workouts.
