The Morning After: Monday Morning Pitt Link Dump / "Rap Is Crap" (West Texas Rednecks and Curt Hennig)

WCW: Rap Is Crap music video (via chriscfgb)

Unless you're a wrestling fan, this one's going totally over your head. Sorry about that, but it's Wrestlemania week ... so live with it. This is an old song when WCW was still around when they gave Curt Hennig (Mr. Perfect for you 90s wrestling junkies) a country gimmick. He ended up playing a token role in a music video for an actual obscure country group, the West Texas Rednecks. The song? Rap is crap. The gimmick had racial overtones, sure, but it was great. And as a fan of rap and country music, proud to say I love this song.

Enjoy - loads of Pitt links from last week that we didn't get to after the jump.
