No analysis, no breaking down the opponent - we've been through that enough.

Part of me just wants to say 'Thank God' that this tournament is finally over. Covering Pitt football and basketball is fun - I wouldn't be doing it if it weren't. But with a regular job and all of the other things that life throws at you, I always look forward to the offseason.

Don't let that fool you, though. We'll, of course, have plenty of coverage in the summer. There's still spring football, recruiting, fall camp, and then the discussion of Pitt possibly adding another basketball recruit. Oh yeah, and there's always the opportunity for a coaching change. But getting a break from all of the games is always welcome.

I've found myself curiously interested in how Pitt does. Now, I still think Pitt should have politely declined when it came to the CBI. But as I've said all along, if the team is playing, might as well win. It's still Pitt basketball and I'll be hoping for a win on Monday to end the season on a high note.

Drop in and comment during the game.
