Pitt's Isaac Bennett continues to garner recognition for his outstanding spring campaign. This time, it's ESPN taking notice.

Bennett's accomplishments have been often discussed - almost as much as Sam Young's poetry skills. Three touchdown runs of more than 50 yards will do that, though.

That Bennett had a great spring isn't a huge surprise to me. But that he was named Andrea Adelson's Big East player of the entire spring was a bit. Not that I can name anyone of greater note around the conference since I paid about as much attention to other Big East teams' spring practices than I did to WCW when they made David Arquette their champion.

Still, Adelson's paid to pay attention to the Big East, so I'll take her word for it. Either way, just another chance to point out how impressive Bennett's spring was.
