How many wins will Pitt's football team end up with this season? (Photo by Jared Wickerham/Getty Images)

Last week, Bovada released 2012 over/under odds on wins for Division I college football teams. Pitt is right around where you would expect them to be.

The Panthers were solidly at seven and since many are predicting a 7-5 season for the Panthers, that's about where they should be.

Picking Pitt to win eight games might be a bit dangerous, but if I had to go one way or the other, I'd hesitantly take the over. I think Pitt's a shoo-in to get six, but predicting them to win more than seven is a bit dicey. Just too many question marks with the team at this point. We'll know more after camp breaks, but even then, we just won't have a clear picture of how good this team is until the season is underway.

In other words, oddsmakers probably did a good job in setting the over-under at seven.

Here's the full listing of odds in alphabetical order.
