Jon Baldwin had a bit of a rough year as a rookie last season. Things started off well when he was somewhat of a surprise first-round draft pick, but from there it started going downhill. He got off to a slow start on the field, then got into a fight with teammate Thomas Jones, suffered an injury as a result of it, and later had some apparent issues with Twitter.
Still, he's got a world of promise and his career is just getting started. Hard to write off a guy coming off his first season and with so much potential to be a consistent deep threat.
Matt Conner over at SB Nation Kansas City asked me a few questions about Baldwin and I was happy to oblige. Head over there for my answers to his questions about his talent at Pitt, the first-round draft selection, and the perception of Baldwin outside of KC.
