Hail To Links! The "Revive The Backyard Brawl" Edition

Hail-to-links_medium

In today's Hail to Links, there's lots going on. After the jump, we'll take a look at West Virginia's Oliver Luck reaching out to Steve Pederson about a Backyard Brawl revival, Syracuse media calling out Pitt's disciplinary issues (...in training camp), Adidas rolling out all sorts of crap on the gridiron, and more.

Hello, Steve? It's Oliver Luck. So it appears that Oliver Luck has been in contact with Steve Pederson and is hoping for the series to continue in three years.

There is a new sheriff in town. ESPN's Andy Katz believes the new BIG EAST commish should concentrate on basketball, because that worked so well for the last two guys to hold that job.

Umm, really Syracuse? The Syracuse media would like you to believe that there are discipline issues on the practice field at Pitt.

The burning question. Athlon is asking the 17 biggest pre-season basketball questions facing the teams in the east. Check out #7.

Remember when Pitt used to wear Adidas uniforms? Well, we should all be thankful that we no longer are...because they could possibly make the Panthers wear monstrosities quite similar to Notre Dame's. Ewww.
