Before the season began, ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit picked Pitt to win the Big East. Two games into the football season, that pick isn't looking so hot anymore.

For that reason, it's not a big surprise that he wants a mulligan on that one.

Even though the season's only one conference game in, hard to blame him at this point. I don't know who could pick Pitt to win the conference after what we've seen.

Herbstreit wasn't alone in expecting more out of them, either, since most preseason picks had them slotted around the middle of the Big East. Still, it's a pretty embarrassing pick at this point.
