A couple of days ago, I wrote about 2013 power forward recruit Lennard Freeman being on Pitt's radar. Freeman had a lot of schools after him, but recently named his top five earlier tonight and the Panthers are on it.
Freeman broke out his top five list on, where else, Twitter:
5 Remaining: DePaul, NC State, Pitt, UAB, Villanova#BLESSED

Pitt being on the list is not a big surprise since it became known that he would be visiting the school in just a couple of weeks. One thing to keep an eye on is that, according to Rivals or ESPN, anyway, Freeman has not yet received an offer from the Panthers - though that could obviously come.
For what it's worth, 2013 recruit Mike Young adds peer pressure because, hey, why not?
Just save us the trouble bro and commit @nardfreeman_ lol !! HAIL TO PITT !!

Freeman was a potential candidate to reclassify to 2014, but according to Panther Lair's Matt Steinbrink, that is no longer the case and he will be in the class of 2013. So if Pitt truly wants him, getting him next season may not be an option.
