Hi Pitt fans,
Each year, USA Today releases the annual report of all D1 athletic departments. However, Pitt is never in these rankings. Does anyone know why? I can understand why a private school may not be forced to financially disclose information, but Pitt receives a large deal of money from the state. Every year this boggles me.
For instance, how much money in subsidies does the athletic department receive? If the athletic department receives student fee subsidies, wouldn't be our right to know this? Any answers here?
