Admit it - you likely don't know how Pitt's football players do inside the classroom unless it's major news and contributes to a player being ineligible. But some of the team did excel in academics this past season - 17 to be exact.
Here's the full list that includes players who had at least a 3.0 and took two semesters worth of classes.
Myles Caragein, Henry Hynoski, and Andrew Janocko all have made the cut now in three seasons. Pat Bostick, Pat Costello, Max Gruder, Mike Shanahan, and Tyler Tkach all made it for the second time.
Nine others also made it for the first time including Tino Sunseri and Dom DeCicco.
