Pitt's trio of seniors will get some more face time in front of scouts in advance of the NBA Draft. Brad Wanamaker, Gilbert Brown, and Gary McGhee will play in the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament from April 6th - April 9th.
Wanamaker, Brown, and McGhee will be joined by a host of Big East players as well including Dwight Hardy, Rick Jackson, Austin Freeman, Marshon Brooks, Corey Fisher, Casey Mitchell, and others.
The tournament, held each year in Portsmouth, Virginia hosts 64 college seniors split up over eight teams. Pitt's players will be spread out over three different teams and here are the complete rosters.
If you happen to be in the area, $40.00 will get you into all eight games. A pretty good deal considering several of these guys will end up in the NBA. It's also in a local high school, so the seats should all be pretty decent no matter where you sit.
