Pitt faces their biggest test of the year in facing Notre Dame when they travel to South Bend to take on the undefeated Irish. It's hard to pick the Panthers to win this one, but one thing to note is that the Irish have had several close calls against some mediocre teams. If they're caught sleeping, it's not hard to see Pitt sticking around if they play a great game as they did this past weekend.
The Panthers have also had some success against Notre Dame, winning in 2008 and 2009 before losing in 2010 and 2011. Truth be told, though, this is the strongest team the Irish have had in any of those seasons.
Below are basics when it comes to information on the game.
