2013 ACC football betting odds by division - Pitt in bottom half of ACC Coastal according to Vegas

Charles LeClaire-US PRESSWIRE

In case you're interested, Vegas introduced some division odds for the upcoming football season. SB Nation has a thorough list and it's even by conference. Keep in mind, these are odds to win respective divisions.

As expected, they're not too sure about what's going on just yet. Some divisions have many teams with fairly low odds clumped together.

Pitt checks in at +1200, which is essentially 12:1. That's good enough for fifth in the Coastal Division. Clearly, Vegas doesn't like Pitt all that much right now ... which makes sense.

The Panthers have a slew of question marks right now. New, fairly inexperienced quarterback. Only the second season of new head coach Paul Chryst. Loss of best offensive skill player in Ray Graham. Loss of projected starter at running back this year in Rushel Shell. Dearth of talent on defensive line. Loss of one of the team's top two receivers last year. Just loads of variables at this point.

Pitt could surprise, of course, but winning the division may be too much to expect this season.
