Weekly ACC Roundup 8/23: Macklemore Edition

USA TODAY Sports

So many things are happening. The football team is breaking camp and preparing for their opener against FSU. The basketball team's ACC schedule was released. Derrick Randall was cleared to play. It's all happening, folks. Here's what else is happening in ACC country.

Boston College: Are the Eagles going to a bowl in 2013? Don't count on it.

Clemson: A look at Tajh Boyd and the new prototype QB. An interesting read.

Duke: A look at Duke's basketball schedule. They come to the Pete January 27. I imagine that will be quite a hot ticket.

Florida State: Everything you need to know about the Noles this season combined into one storystream.

Georgia Tech: A preview of GT and Pitt on November 2. My prediction: pain...and triple options, but mostly pain.

Louisville Maryland: I really can't wait for 'The Ville' to get in the ACC. By the way, is that an acceptable nickname for Louisville? Do people really call them that or did adidas just decide to put that on their jerseys?

Miami: State of the U previews the 2013 Hurricanes. I've said it many times, but I think Miami returns to form this season.

NC State: A nice look at new Wolfpack head coach Dave Doeren.

North Carolina: A comprehensive UNC football preview. No arrests or scandal this week? Good job, Heels.

Syracuse: The court at the Carrier Dome will not be moved when Duke visits. Booooooooooo!

Virginia: Which Hoo is poised for a breakout season in 2013? I have no clue, why are you asking me? Seriously, I can't name one player for UVA. Read the article.

Virginia Tech: The Hokies have some enormous injury issues heading into the season. Here's what to expect from a depleted roster. Is "Beamerball" dead?

Wake Forest: Comprehensive season previews from Blogger So Dear.

Ok, I need something to pump me up for football being just a week or so away. I'm going with Macklemore's 'Can't Hold Us' featuring Ray Dalton and also featuring a camel for some reason.
