Poll of the Week: Who's to Blame?

The Pittsburgh Panthers fell under .500 after their 51-48, double OT loss against Duke last weekend. Where are you pointing the finger at?

Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

The Pittsburgh Panthers season continued to head in the wrong direction after their 51-48 loss to the Duke Blue Devils last weekend in double OT. For Duke, they were able to maintained pole position in the Coastal Division of the ACC. For Pitt, they fell into a race three-way tie for second-to-last place, and an overall record of 4-5.

Running back James Conner had a big-time performance once again - 263 yards and three touchdowns. Quarterback Chad Voytik played pretty well, and wide receiver Tyler Boyd certainly contributed. It's unreasonable to complain about the offense when they put up 48 points, 38 of which were in regulation.

Perhaps the blame should be placed on the defense. After all, they yielded 51 total points. Maybe the coaching staff should be under investigation. Of course, an easy target is kicker Chris Blewitt for missing the game-tying attempt in double OT.

Who do you think should be shouldering the blame?
