(Don't) Bet the Farm: Holy Cross

Pitt looks to continue their recent momentum and so do the writers of Cardiac Hill. Can you keep up?

Mark Konezny-USA TODAY Sports

After some easy picks, Cardiac Hill's writers will look to keep the train rolling just the like the Panthers have the past four games. Sure, the Oakland game wasn't pretty, but the Panthers got the job done and put another W in the record books to bring it up to 8-3 now. They will try and keep building chemistry and momentum when Holy Cross comes to town.

The Crusaders enter the game with a 5-4 record. Coach Milan Brown's squad caught a lot of college basketball fans off guard when they defeated then No. 25 Harvard to open their season. After that nice win to begin the year, Holy Cross has been up and down the rest of the way, however. They are coming off a loss to Canisius, so the recipe is there for Pitt to gain another victory.

Things kick off tomorrow evening at The Pete. Tip-off will happen at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully some of the Panther faithful, who usually can't attend games will be in town for the holidays and fill in for those that might be away for the long vacation starting that night.

Below are the official picks for the game tomorrow.  Comment below to let us know if you agree or disagree with all of us sticking with the Panthers for this game.

Anson (3-1): Pitt

Chris (3-1): Pitt

Aron (2-2): Pitt

JD (2-2): Pitt

Jim (2-2): Pitt

Stephen (2-2): Pitt
