Cardiac Hill Podcast: Pitt Pro Day '14

New, 6 comments

Decorated Lineman Aaron Donald talks after his workout at Pitt Pro Day on the Southside.

Only 65 days until Radio City Music Hall is packed.

So many deserving possibilities for coaches like Bill O'Brien to pick, but this is the night where your organization needs to make up its mind. It's finding that perfect match of both who meets your team's needs and is the best player available. In a way, it's comparable to the live draft version of a dating site.

Yesterday, Aaron Charles Donald and friends looked to increase their compatibility rating.

After lots of buzz about Donald, WR Devin Street, and QB Tom Savage's performances in the combine, lots of scouts began thinking that one of them might just be the match they're looking for.

Joining the trio were seven of their senior peers – DL Tyrone Ezell, LB's Shane Gordon and Emmanuel Rackard, S Jason Hendricks, WR Ed Tinker, CB K’Waun Williams and P Matt Yoklic.

Take a listen to what the All-American Lombardi Award (and Outland Trophy (and Bronko Nagurski Trophy (and Chuck Bednarick Award))) winner had to say after his workout.

Oh, and that last question about his ping-pong skills? Courtesy of yours truly.
