There have been many gripes from the Pitt fan base over the years. One of the bigger complaints that you will hear is about games that begin at noon on Saturdays. No one seems to like them and when they are announced there is almost always some degree of backlash.
With the recent time announcement of Pitt's home opener against Delaware, the fans are at it again. The Panthers really had their hands tied on this one with the Pirates playing next door at 4:05 p.m. on the same day, August 30th. For someone like me who lives over five hours away, I have to either give that game away, leave right after work on Friday evening, or get up at the crack of dawn on the morning of the game. Other than the fact that I live so far away, I really don't have a ton of issues with noon start times.
That leads us into the excuses and we want to hear from you as to the biggest reason you hate noon kickoff times. I have heard a ton of them so if you don't see the excuse below, please write it in, in the comments section. Let us know what you think.
