At 12:30 p.m. today, Pitt will face Virginia in the ACC home opener for the team. The Panthers head into the contest at 3-1 after a 17-13 win over Virginia Tech last weekend. Meanwhile, the Cavaliers come to Heinz Field at only 1-3 after a blowout loss at the hands of Boise State last week. Pitt enters the game as a fairly significant favorite, giving 9 1/2-10 points as of Friday.
Today's contest is Homecoming for the school and with a good start to the season, you can expect a decent turnout.
