Shawn Curtis, a 2* DE out of Florida who was criminally underrated, had committed to Pitt two weeks ago after his official visit here. Unfortunately, it looks like Ole Miss came in at the last minute, and flipped him on signing day.
Mentioned last night Reagan OLB/DE Shawn Curtis was not a slam dunk to go to Pitt. Well...NLI has been signed & faxed to... OLE MISS!!!!

Curtis has never even visited Ole Miss. Looks like he saw a chance to play in the SEC and took it. This is definitely not the way you want to finish a class if you're Coach Narduzzi, especially considering this is the first flip by a recruit who committed to Narduzzi. Pitt went into yesterday with three defensive end commits, and only one signed.
