The All-ACC preseason football team was released on Thursday and three Panthers made the cut. Those on the team included running back James Conner, wide receiver Tyler Boyd, and offensive lineman Adam Bisnowaty.
None of the three are a surprise and all have earned some preseason recognition already. Conner was named to several preseason watch lists while Boyd (Maxwell) and Bisnowaty (Lombardi) were also named to one as well. The news on Boyd making the team also comes after he was just reinstated to the team following a suspension after his DUI charges.
As I mentioned earlier this week, Conner, the reigning conference Player of the Year, was not named as such for the 2015 preseason. He did, however, receive the most votes to the team of any player. It's clear that despite not being the pick as the ACC's top player, he is still viewed as one of the biggest threats on offense in the conference.
