Pitt vs. Virginia Tech: Open Gamethread

Big game tonight for Pitt. The Panthers not only welcome a Top 25 team to Heinz Field, but they will have the nation's attention with the game on ESPN.

As I wrote in the preview, the big matchup will be the Panthers' offense against Virginia Tech's defense. The Hokies are No. 11 in the country in total defense while Pitt's offense, which is 22nd in the nation in scoring. Something has to give and we'll see if Pitt's offense can continue to pile up points.
