Big game for Pitt today that, let's be honest, looks like an uphill battle. The Panthers won't only take on one of the top teams in the country, but they'll do it on the road away from Heinz Field.
Clemson remains undefeated but has had some close calls, narrowly defeating Troy by six early this year, beating Louisville and Auburn by six, and topping Florida State by only three. But through it all, the Tigers have played a killer schedule and still have yet to be beaten.
Along with those close wins, Clemson has also had its fair share of blowouts. Most recently, they crushed Syracuse this past weekend, 54-0. They also defeated South Carolina State, 59-0, and Boston College, 56-10. In other words, Pitt has its work cut out for them today.
