ESPN continues its offseason preview stuff and this week, they took a shot at projecting some potential defensive standouts in the ACC. On Thursday, the site listed numerous ten-sack candidates for 2016 in the conference, and unsurprisingly, defensive end Ejuan Price made the cut.
Price, of course, already reached the ten-sack plateau last year when he finished the season with 11. After receiving a sixth year of eligibility this year, he should very well be back in the hunt for the mark again.
I've made this point a few times this offseason, but Price's numbers were bulked up quite a bit with a five-sack performance against Louisville last season. He still had a very big year and he deserves a ton of credit for such a big game. But there's also a chance that he could actually see a slight drop in production this year.
Yeah, let's hope that doesn't happen.
So let's put it to a vote - does Price repeat his 10-sack year this season or not?
