It's almost time for kickoff.
Pitt takes on Villanova today in the season opener and while it might not be an easy game, the Panthers should come out on top if they remain focused and aren't looking ahead to the matchup against Penn State next weekend.
In addition to the game, I'll be down at the stadium stuffing my face with some ribs at Rib Fest and watching the return of Superman, James Conner. If you're within striking distance of the stadium, I suggest the same for you.
Game time is at 1:30 p.m. and will be on ESPN3/WatchESPN for those out of town or unable to make it down to the stadium. No matter if you're at home or down at Heinz Field, hope you'll join us to comment live during the game here in our open thread.
