After what was probably a much-needed break after a 1-4 start, the Pitt men’s basketball team is at it again with a game against Lehigh this afternoon.
The Panthers got a markedly better performance against Oklahoma State than they did during the Penn State debacle in the Legends Classic earlier this week. That should help raise the interest level surrounding the team just a bit.
Lehigh is 3-1 on the season with an 80-72 loss to Monmouth their only blemish. In their last game, they crushed Eastern (not Eastern anything ... just Eastern), 95-70, if that means anything. They also beat Siena in overtime, 91-90. Siena has been a decent team in recent years but is 0-4 on the season. Still, if nothing else, Lehigh seems capable of scoring some points.
Gametime is at 2:00 p.m. and you can catch it on WatchESPN.
