On Sunday, news broke that Pitt landed a JUCO quarterback, Ricky Town. Town will give Pitt some much-needed depth at the position after the Panthers lost Ben DiNucci and Tom MacVittie to transfers last week.
Town was a once-prized recruit that hasn’t really panned out yet. He transferred from USC before the first game of his freshman year and went to Arkansas, where he didn’t see the field, either. Last year, he played for Ventura College and now comes to Pitt.
Do you think Town can realistically threaten Kenny Pickett, who seems to be the starter for next season? Vote in the poll below.
