Former Pitt lineman Adam Bisnowaty to make NFL debut with Giants

NFL: New York Jets at New York Giants Brad Penner-USA TODAY Sports

Former Pitt offensive lineman Adam Bisnowaty was drafted by the New York Giants this spring and his future seemed bright. The Giants actually traded up to get him in the sixth round and he quickly signed a four-year deal with the team.

Since then, things haven’t gone all that well, though. Bisnowaty struggled in the preseason and was cut before making the team’s 53-man roster. He landed back with the Giants on their practice squad, though, and has apparently put in enough work to be added to the active roster for this weekend’s game against the Washington Redskins.

Bisnowaty won’t only be joining the team for the game but he’s going to be getting a start at right tackle.

Ironically, Biz will be playing against another former Panther recently added to the Redskins’ roster for the finale, tight end Manasseh Garner.
