Seven Pitt football players were invited to the NFL Combine.
The list includes the three early entrants - Quadree Henderson, Brian O’Neill, and Jordan Whitehead. Four seniors were also invited, including punter Ryan Winslow, cornerback Avonte Maddox, offensive lineman Jaryd Jones-Smith, and wide receiver Jester Weah.
The number is one greater than the six that were invited last year.
According to this, Pitt will have one of the highest numbers of invitees in the country. This ranking says the Panthers are tied for eighth-most in the nation.

Three of the seniors had previously been invited back in December. Jones-Smith appears to be a new invitee.
