Sign up for the new SB Nation FanPulse Top 25

NCAA Football: Sun Bowl-Pittsburgh vs Stanford Ivan Pierre Aguirre-USA TODAY Sports

SB Nation is starting a new polling project for a college football Top 25. The idea is to get fans involved and the unique thing is that each FBS school will have its own polling and ‘FanPulse’ (the collective attitude of the fanbase). You can SIGN UP HERE.

If you sign up, you will be among a group from Cardiac Hill who answers a weekly survey of Pitt fans developed by SB Nation. The survey will start going out regularly once the season begins, and will be highlighted by a weekly Top 25 ranking by Pitt fans. This is something that should take at most a few minutes a week to participate in.

Your votes will be anonymous and the results of each poll will be published here and may end up on SBNation.com also, along with the results from other team sites.

This project was started on SB Nation’s NFL sites last season. Here is an example of one of the results based on the confidence questions (which you’ll also get to answer). A few of the oldest readers of this blog may remember we used to have something like this years ago where the confidence of the fanbase was evaluated (via a short poll off in the sidebar) on a weekly basis depending on how the teams were playing.

To make something like this work, we really need people to sign up. The more people that sign up for this, the more accurate it will be. Otherwise, the results will be pretty skewed and it’ll be pretty pointless.

In other words, be sure to sign up!
