I mentioned it in my last article in the middle of June, but with the Pittsburgh Panthers losing eight seniors there’s going to be a lot of positions that need filled. From the entire middle middle infield to multiple spots in the batting order, Pitt certainly has their work cut out for them.
There’s quite a few incumbent players that will definitely have an opportunity to fill the voids, but with so many departures, the incoming freshman class is going to have to step up right away. While the hope is that the Panthers will be able to seamlessly transition to the next wave of players at all positions, what’s the biggest position of need going into next season?
