Pitt vs. North Carolina: Open Gamethread

Pitt faces North Carolina tonight and the Panthers will see a Tar Heels team that is, surprisingly, struggling a bit.

North Carolina is only 8-6 on the year, though they have played a ridiculously tough schedule so far. They recently lost to Georgia Tech, prompting head coach Roy Williams to declare this the least gifted team he has coached.

Adding to the misery is that the Tar Heels will apparently be without star Cole Anthony.

If Pitt was a bit better, you might be inclined to be on upset watch. The Tar Heels are favored by only a few points so that might even still apply here. But after a disappointing loss to Wake Forest their last time out, Pitt clearly has its own issues.
