Early Games
NC State Wolfpack 36 at Syracuse Orange 29
Syracuse took an eight-point lead into the locker room at halftime and continued to hold a lead after three quarters, but the final period belonged to NC State as the Wolfpack pulled out a hard-fought road win. The Orange had a shot to force overtime but the Syracuse QB took an ill-advised sack on third down, then spiked the ball on fourth down to end the game.
Next up for NC State: Georgia Tech
Next up for Syracuse: at Notre Dame
__________
Mid-Afternoon Games
Pittsburgh Panthers 17 at #3 Clemson Tigers 52
The Tigers outscored the Panthers 31-0 in the first quarter and coasted to victory in their final home game of the 2020 season. Clemson will now have their turkey dinner one week later. On the bright side, the Pitt defense did register three more sacks.

__________
Louisville Cardinals 27 at Boston College Eagles 34
The hometown Eagles held on to win a game in which the visiting Cardinals just never went away despite trailing most of the game. Louisville had more yardage on offense but also more turnovers (three to one) in a losing cause.
