The Pitt men’s basketball team faces Clemson in a mid-week ACC game tonight.
The Panthers (15-9), of course, are fresh off a win against Georgia Tech. That pushed their mark to 6-7 in the ACC as the team tries to finish with a .500 in conference record. Clemson (11-12), meanwhile, is struggling a bit, having dropped their past three games to Wake Forest, Virginia, and Notre Dame.
Still, while the Panthers are favorites tonight at home, they are favored by only a few points.
If Pitt wants to finish .500 in the ACC this year, winning tonight’s game is probably a must based on the remaining schedule. After tonight, the Panthers will have four of their final six games on the road.
