Tonight, Pitt faces Notre Dame on the road. The Panthers (14-8) will be looking to get to the .500 mark in ACC play as they currently sit 5-6 after defeating Miami over the weekend.
The Irish (13-8) are hosting and, on the surface, these look like two relatively evenly matched teams. Notre Dame has proven capable of scoring points in bunches at times and comes into this one with a hot offense that has averaged nearly 83 points per game in their last five contests. That included a 90-point effort against Georgia Tech last week and you can bet the Panthers will try to slow things down.
