Pitt enters this weekend’s game against Syracuse as the heavy favorite. While they may not win by the large amount of points according to the gambling lines out of Vegas, our writers do think the Panthers will come out on top in this one.
There are definitely some questions for Pitt in this one. The Panthers’ cornerbacks could be tested if Syracuse quarterback Tommy DeVito can avoid the rush. And Pitt’s rushing attack is still not without questions. But it’s too difficult to go against Pitt in this one and it’s a game they should win, barring major last-second scratches due to COVID or injuries.
After last weekend, everyone got off to a 1-0 start with the win against Austin Peay. Here’s hoping we’re right again.
What about you? Is anyone bold enough to predict the Panthers won’t come out on top in this one?
