According to his Twitter, athlete Reggie Green out of New Jersey has committed to the Panthers. This is Paul Chryst's 18th commit for the Class of 2013 and the second out of New Jersey after Pitt didn't sign any prospects from the Garden State last season. He has a solid offer sheet of Boston College, Michigan State, NC State, Temple, and Rutgers with Pitt and the Owls being his top 2.
Green is a 2-star recruit on Rivals and a 3-star prospect on Scout. ESPN does not have a profile for him. He plays a multitude of positions for Cranford, but is being recruited to play receiver at Pitt. He visited a few weeks ago for the Virginia Tech game and came away impressed with everything Pitt had to offer.
Here is a good highlight clip of him and what I can say from watching him is that he has speed. Several schools were recruiting him to play on the defensive side of the ball, so it's quite possible that he may end up there as well once he gets to campus.
Welcome to Pitt, Reggie Green!
