SB Nation BlogPoll College Football Top 25 Rankings "

Biggest mover up the poll this week is USC after their big win over Oregon this week. Biggest loser was Clemson who fell after they not only jobbed to North Carolina State, they were thrashed. That really surprised me. After they started out 8-0 and beat Virginia Tech, Auburn, and Florida State, I thought they were grossly underrated and ranked them as such. They lost on the road to Georgia Tech, which wasn't that bad, but the beatdown to the Wolfpack was bad and they deserved to fall a bit.

More locally, I moved a couple of three-loss teams, Baylor and Nebraska, above two-loss Penn State because the Nittany Lions are still without a signature win.

In the Big East, West Virginia remains the only ranked team.
