US PRESSWIRE

Clairton High School has won 63 consecutive games and four straight PIAA Class A titles. It's a program full of winners, and now 3 players who have been there since the winning streak started will be Panthers. Pitt already secured verbals from Titus Howard and Tyler Boyd, and now a third Clairton Bear is a Panther. WR Terrish Webb announced via his Twitter account that he has verbally committed to the Panthers, giving Pitt 24 commits for the 2013 Class.

The 2-star WR had offers from Kent State and Toledo, and was one time committed to the Golden Flashes. But a late offer from Pitt was enough for Webb to drop the Flashes and after visiting this past weekend, Webb committed. What you have to like about Webb is his hands. He is athletic enough to make all the catches and he has a good understanding of the game to make an impact in college.

With National Signing Day just a few weeks away, Paul Chryst is putting the finishing touches on this year's class, targeting the big names, but also the under the radar prospects, something that was a big success while Chryst was at Wisconsin. The Badgers never brought in many highly touted recruits, but still have made three straight Rose Bowls. Webb is not as well known as his teammate Boyd, but I think being a part of a winning program at Clairton is going to pay off for Webb at Pitt. He knows what it takes to win games and I think we'll see that once Webb gets on to the field.

Welcome to Pitt, Terrish Webb!
