The Beatles - Doctor Robert (2009 Stereo Remaster) (via aa25007)
Almost missed this week's injury report (aka Doctor Robert) with Christmas and all, but had some time to do a little digging this morning.
Wide receiver Devin Street is Pitt's biggest question mark heading into tonight's game against Bowling Green. He missed the Miami game with an ankle injury and was replaced by Chris Wuestner there. No word yet on if he'll play or not but he didn't practice on Tuesday. Yeah, that doesn't sound good.
Street's injury is really unfortunate. If he had played against Miami and in today's game, chances are he would be the new school career leader in yardage as he's only 160 yards behind the leader, Antonio Bryant. Barring a huge game today, he'll finish just short.
Another guy that could see time in Street's absence is Dontez Ford - the transfer from Syracuse if you've forgotten about him. He had to sit out this year due to the transfer, but it's been two semesters since he transferred to Pitt so he's eligible for the game.
In looking at the two deep released by Pitt, it looks like starting offensive linemen Cory King and Adam Bisnowaty are out for the game as well. Biz isn't even listed on the two deep and King is shown as a backup. Neither has played in several weeks, so no big surprises there. Ryan Schlieper (guard) and Juantez Hollins (tackle) should get the starts in place of them.
