Meant to get to this sooner this week, but Steven Adams has been busy participating in the New Zealand Under 21 Basketball Championships this week.

And in case you hadn't heard, the Pitt recruit is looking dominant so far.

Hard to find a lot of coverage on these games, but Adams is looking good offensively. I couldn't find any true box scores with all stats, but the New Zealand basketball site has scoring totals. Through four games as of Thursday night, Adams has averaged 23 points a game. That's good for second among all players.

He also had one game where he went off for 38 and equally as important is the fact that his Wellington team is a perfect 4-0. Adams has fared well in the national games before, winning the Most Valuable Player award for the U-19 tournament.

Will have more on these games as the tournament wraps up.
