We've all seen the videos, whether it's on YouTube or the nightly news, where one kid films another kid making some ridiculous throw/shot...some of which are likely done with camera tricks and editing. Today, Pitt kicker Kevin Harper decided to add his name to one of those trick shot videos...and these are for real.

It appears that nothing is off the table. NCAA president Mark Emmert pulled no punches today when discussing the potential penalties Penn State may be facing.
