Well, after we all struck out spectacularly last week in picking the Pitt-Youngstown State game, I was half-tempted to ditch this whole predictions thing. But it'll stick ... for now.

So after a big loss last Saturday, where did the Cardiac Hill staff come out on the Pitt-Cincinnati game tonight?

Here are our respective picks:

Anson: Cincinnati

Anthony: Cincinnati

Bryan H.: Cincinnati

Bryan M: Pitt

Greg: Cincinnati

Mike: Pitt

Speaking solely for myself here, I think Pitt is fully capable of winning this game. And had they even played Youngstown State tighter, I'd feel much more comfortable picking the Panthers. But I just can't create a reason why I think Pitt will win this one. There's the fact that the Bearcats have lost some major players on offense, but with the way the Panthers played on Saturday, I've just got to see more from them.
