Aaron Donald named a Walter Camp First Team All American

Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sport

Pitt's Aaron Donald had some week last week. In case you missed it, check out our stream with coverage from all of his award wins.

In addition to those individual awards, Donald was given another honor when he was named as a Walter Camp First Team All-American. He didn't win the Walter Camp's individual award that went to Florida State freshman quarterback Jameis Winston, but being named to the first team is the next best thing.

Speaking of Winston, talk about puzzling ...

Despite winning the Walter Camp individual award for Player of the Year, Winston didn't even make the foundation's first team. That honor went to Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron while Winston was relegated to the second team.

Anyway, Donald joined four other ACC players on the first team. A total of eight conference players also made the second team and the ACC was represented with players from eight teams on either the first or second team.
