With Pat Narduzzi's staff wrapping up, I figured it was a good time to gauge the opinions of his new football staff. I've been over all of the hires at least to some degree and while I like the staff, I wanted to hear what everyone else was thinking.
There are certainly some hires that weren't complete slam dunks. For example, I was much higher on the selection of Jim Chaney as offensive coordinator than I was on the hire of Josh Conklin, who will head up the defense. Both can end up being good decisions, but Conklin doesn't have quite the resume you might want to see. But overall, the staff seems to be put together a little better than the ones Paul Chryst had. More money was there this time around - we all know that. But even factoring that in, I still think Narduzzi's selections were solid.
So weigh in below and let us know what you think of Narduzzi's first staff at Pitt.
