After going undrafted, Antwuan Reed quickly signed with the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent. He participated in the team's rookie mini camp last week and had his good moments and bad ones.

Reed found out early that going up against the Browns quarterback of the future, Brandon Weeden, was going to be difficult - even when he played well:

Then Weeden dropped back and fired one of his trademark fastballs toward Benjamin on the right sideline. Benjamin turned and the ball was there. He extended the arms to make the catch at chest level and did a nice job of getting the second foot inbounds. Cornerback Antwuan Reed walked away shaking his head because he had good coverage; the throw was just too good.

He also gave up a touchdown to Benjamin on another play, but he's also had his bright moments, knocking down a ball and then picking Weeden off on another. The Browns did draft another corner in the seventh round, Trevin Wade, but there appear to be some question marks about him, which could open the door for Reed.

He talked before the camp about working hard and as long as he sticks to that, he should have a shot at catching on in Cleveland or elsewhere. That's not enough for some players, but Reed has some legitimate talent.
